What is the Adopt a Highway Program?
The Minnesota Adopt a Highway volunteer program helps keep our highways and rest areas clean and free of litter by relying on volunteer groups to pick up trash along their adopted section. Adopt a Highway also enables residents who are environmentally conscious to make a personal contribution to a cleaner environment. You contribute approximately four hours of labor.
